Visionaire Consulting Group (VCG) is a consultancy that was created during a time when businesses from around the world were hit significantly hard, especially the hospitality industry. Restaurants, hotels and event venues took an unprecedented hit due to the worldwide pandemic COVID-19.
Out of this tragic event Visionaire Consulting Group was born. With an unbridled passion, focus and zeal to help restaurant owners, investors, & independent operators get back on their feet, CEO & Founder Jennifer Jones formed an esteemed team of industry professionals to create this one stop shop of hospitality services and make it available to the masses.
The VCG team is extremely diverse with a collective experience of over 70 years within the hospitality industry. We are problem solvers and are up for any task whether big or small. We are efficient, innovative, and your trusted partners in not only providing support in laying the right foundation for your business, but also pointing you in the right direction for contractors, partners, vendors, purveyors and more.
How We Work
We start ahead by scheduling a 30-minute consultation where we will detail what your project need is. Based on availability, your budget and our wheelhouse, we will send the quote for your project. After your project is completed and your business has acquired great success by the cooperation of VCG, we offer to stay on for a retainer fee being your trusted partner where you can reach us anytime to be a lending hand of support for you to solve any issue you encounter. Jennifer Jones is a versatile, multi-talented restaurant consultant with over 23 years of experience. Her career started as a server in 1998 and from there expanded into many different roles within the restaurant and catering industry. Known as the “fixer” she has been delivering her high quality services from San Francisco, New York, and to LA. Whatever project she works on, revenue growth and organization success follows. The passionate desire to help the restaurant industry recover after the jolt of this pandemic fueled Jennifer to assemble an elite team of restaurant consultants and start Visionaire Consulting Group.
In addition to launching and reviving restaurants, Jennifer also specializes in transforming catering departments and event venues. In the last 3 years Jennifer has increased sales by $3 million as well as increased growth by 200% in one venue. A visionary herself, she understands how important it is to have vision but also how planning and execution is at the forefront in all projects. A teacher at heart, she loves to develop thorough hands on training & SOP’s that will stand the test of time. She understands not only the many stages of the restaurant business but also understands how important personal and professional development is needed in order to lead and succeed.
