I’m Jennifer, founder of Visionaire Consulting Group — a leadership strategist, mindset coach, and guide for people who are ready to stop feeling stuck and start living and leading in alignment with who they truly are.
For over 26 years, I built a successful career in business development, hospitality, and consulting, partnering with entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations to create bold strategies for growth. On the outside, I looked accomplished. But on the inside, I often felt stuck, unclear, and misaligned. No achievement erased the quiet feeling that something was missing.
That turning point led me to discover the power of alignment, reconnecting with my true identity, rewiring limiting beliefs, and releasing the invisible weight I had been carrying.
Now, I help others do the same.
